This week has been a really crazy one. One fun thing was that we had another Typhoon come by and hit us. I think nit was a little worse than the last one maybe. The wind was way more intense but it definitely didn't rain as much as the last one. So that hit us about last Friday and ended like this morning. But last week we had a lot of progress I thought. 

On Tuesday and Wednesday we did a lot of proselyting in the muggy weather and nothing to exciting happened except for a couple of member visits that we did. And then on Thursday we had a lesson with really our only investigator right now. His name is 오상석 (Oh Sahng Sok) and we gave him the baptismal invitation and he accepted it! So his scheduled date will be August 24th. Super exciting. He is maybe 13 or 14 but is very oddly knowledgeable when it comes to the gospel. 

When we asked him if he wanted to get baptized he said yes without hesitating and said that if he had to get baptized to go to the Celestial Kingdom then of course he would. It was super awesome. Then after that, because of the Typhoon, we weren't really able to get much other stuff done this past week. We actually went out Friday to go visit a recent convert and there was a voice speaking on some over comm in the city basically telling everyone to try and stay indoors and to be safe because the Typhoon was about to start. And then it just suddenly hit and it was pretty intense. But we walked to the center of town because we were waiting for the sisters. So we waited in the storm for the sisters and then decided it probably be best if we cancelled the appointment. And that was kinda the story of the rest of our weekend. A lot of cancelled appointments. 

But I don't think there are any Typhoons this week. But this Thursday I will find out if I am getting transferred or not. But other than that I don't have anything else to report. All is good. Missionary work is very hard but I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else right now. I hope you are all doing well. Have a nice week and I'll talk to you again next week! Love you all!
